Curbside Meal Pickup

Meal pickup is available to our members only for a donation of $5.00. You must call the day before to pre-order. Pick up is 11:30 am until 12:30 pm in the front parking lot

Exercise Programs

The exercise room is open during normal center business hours. The TV is hooked up if you like to watch or listen to it while you exercise. Each machine has a clipboard with instructions on how to adjust the machine to fit your needs. Please let us know if you need help with any of the equipment. Use the equipment at your own risk. We do have a liability release form that needs to be signed by all users. See Dana at the front desk to sign this form. We are looking at having this room being open in the evenings soon.

ARMCHAIR EXERCISE
DATE: Every Monday and Wednesday
TIME: 9:30 AM

Take part in our Armchair Exercise. The program takes about 30 minutes. All you need is a chair without arms, a set of weights (or 2 cans of vegetables) and a towel.

SENIOR WALKING EXERCISE PROGRAM
DATE: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am

Join us as we start this new program. We will be exercising by simply walking. We’ll walk one mile to start and we’ll mix in a few other steps
to keep the pace lively. Join us for this exciting new program. If you enjoy walking with us on, you can access other walking

CARDIO DRUMMING EXERCISE CLASS
DATE: Monday at 10:15 AM & Tuesdays 10:00 AM
LOCATION: Dining Room
Come be a part of this fun, new exercise class. We’ll be drumming using exercise balls, a clothes basket and drumsticks! Sound interesting? We’d love to see you join us as we drum to the beat of several songs. It’ll be a fun time and we’ll be seated while we’re drumming.

Ran is back to lead our Tai Chi group. The cost of the course is being covered by a grant so join us and enjoy learning something new or getting back into the swing of things. There is no cost for this session.

Come enjoy working out with Conner on exercises designed for Seniors. Connor will be in the Fitness Room Every Tuesday & Wednesday at 9:30 AM to help members learnt he new equoment.

BINGOCIZE

DATE: January 22nd TIME: 1:00 pm —3:00 pm
These are all In-Person Only
Come join in this new and fun way to play Bingo. While playing you will be able to gain knowledge on health education, improving and /or maintaining mobility and improve nutrition.
You do not need to sign up ahead of time.
Prizes will be given and it will be a lots of fun.
